NELASA: Valter Xavier, new addition to Emigrantes

Emigrantes was able to acquire the services of Ernesto Lopes and Wilson “Zico” Medina from Dinamo Da Brava during this offseason. They’re far from being done. Valter Xavier is a new addition to their roster. The ex-Fidjos Terra hopes to help Emigrantes win the title in NELASA 2010.
